Your collected personal data may be processed for purposes of the conditions and purposes for the processing of personal data specified in Article 6 of the Law, for the below mentioned purposes (“Purposes”). If you purchase a Product from us we will generally keep your personal information for 10 years after the date of purchase. Where the Product purchased is a yacht, we will generally keep your personal information for 5 years from the end of the relevant warranty period.
Please note that the above retention periods may be extended where we need to preserve and use personal information for the purposes of bringing or defending a legal claim. In such cases, we will continue to hold and process your personal information for as long as is necessary to deal with the legal proceedings.

D- KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİN AKTARIMI

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın kişisel verilerin aktarılmasına ilişkin hükümleri kapsamında işbu Aydınlatma Metni’nde yer alan amaçların gerektirdiği ölçüde; yurt içindeki; yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlara, iş ortaklarımıza, satış temsilcilerimize, tedarikçilerimize yurt dışındaki; iş ortaklarımıza ve bayilerimize aktarılabilmektedir.

Şirketimizce kişisel verilerinizin yurt dışına aktarılmasında korunuyor olmasına önem verilmektedir ve bu kapsamda KVKK’nın yurt dışı aktarımına ilişkin hükümleri doğrultusunda yurt dışına aktarılacak olan verileriniz, aktarılan taraf ile imzalamış olduğumuz Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu tarafından yayınlanmış olan Standart Sözleşme’ler ile hukuka uygun şekilde aktarılmaktadır.

E- KİŞİSEL VERİSİ İŞLENEN İLGİLİ KİŞİNİN HAKLARI

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi hükümleri uyarınca kişisel verilerinize ilişkin olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz;

Bilgi Edinme Hakkı: Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
Erişim Hakkı: Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
Düzeltme Hakkı: Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
Silme Hakkı: Kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, kişisel verilerin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi ya da yok edilmesi halinde bu işlemlerin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
İtiraz Hakkı: İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
Tazminat Hakkı: Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

F- HAK VE TALEPLERİNİZ İÇİN BİZİMLE İLETİŞİME GEÇMEK İSTERSENİZ

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi hükümleri uyarınca kişisel verilerinize ilişkin olarak yasal haklarınız uyarınca taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları hakkında Tebliğ’de belirtilen şartlara uygun düzenlenmiş dilekçeyle Şekerpınar Mah. Albayrak Sok No:4 41420 Çayırova Kocaeli adresine kimlik tespiti yapılmak suretiyle bizzat elden iletebilir ya da noter kanalıyla ulaştırabilirsiniz. Bunun yanında, anadolumotor@hs01.kep.tr kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresine, güvenli elektronik imza ve mobil imza ya da tarafınızca şirketimize daha önce bildirilen ve tarafımızca teyit edilmiş olan şirket sistemimizdeki elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle kisiselveri@anadolumotor.com elektronik posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.
